Description
Scholarship for domiciliary residents of Virginia who are undergraduate students pursuing a degree program not offered at a Virginia state sponsored college or university. Several southern states participate in the Academic Common Market program allowing eligible applicants to pay in-state tuition, even though they are are not residents. Participating states include Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or West Virginia. Due date varies with institution. Number of awards may vary. Contact the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia for more information and/or application.
