Scholarship for minority Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia residents who are doctoral students in a participating postsecondary institution. Applicants must be U.S. citizens/permanent residents, have a bachelor's or master's degree from a regionally accredited college or university, and plan to become a full-time faculty member. Number of awards may vary. A letter of interest, a topic summary, and a full curriculum vitae must be included with application packet. Renewable.
